• The placement activity starts by inviting the companies to campus.

• Students sign up for the placements.

• Followed by pre-placement talks which comprise a discussion of the job description, its responsibilities, the selection process and so on.

• Candidates get shortlisted who satisfy the basic requirements.

• Selection processes like aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews are conducted for shortlisted candidates.

• Based on the performance of candidates in the selection processes the candidates get selected and confirm the job offer.
