In my viewpoint you can't do like, that adjustment of fees between two colleges. But in this regard you can ask the college officials . They will surely help you. If you are taking admision to the BIET Jhansi then surely you have to pay the admsission fees,

This university provides all the facilities which a student need. Their placements are also good. There will be 100% placements for students mostly CSE and IT branch.

From my point of view BIET Jhansi for CSE is great. But if you wanna do IT from KNIT sultanpur you can do it. KNIT is great college too.

Comparatively both colleges are good. You should first clarify about your course interest.

College Infrastructure

Great campus, sports environment is awesome, best faculty staff, great organisation of events, also have councils of arts and technology, coding culture is very good in the college campus... Also Inculdes library, laboratories of respective branch in engineering, wooden basketball court...

Overall experience is good.

All the facilities were available in the college. Library was air-conditioned. The infrastructure of the college required to be renovated. Smart classrooms were available. The hostels were decent, like any other government college hostel.
