To the extent of my knowledge there is both channels GATE and TANCET for intake of MTech/ME in colleges affiliated to Anna University. And for colleges like PSG particularly, let me tell you there is entry on the basis of TANCET also. Same goes for CIT and GCT

Centurion Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar does not has any type courses related to Aeronautical Engineering. Its has branches like CSE,ME,ECE, Electrical and more but no Aeronautical engineering. Here is a list of colleges offering Aeronautical engineering in India.
