Infrastructures are still developing but whatever they have is enough to fulfil the requirements for the course they are providing. Air conditioned laboratories, desktop set ups, ac library with wifi connection etc.overall it's good.

Currently persuing Btech in IT . Faculty is good, provides us with required lab set up which Is needed for the course. As for other subjects like chem , phy, manufacturing, there is also equipments for those.

Less idea about placements,but the alumnis are well settled. Companies like tcs,CTS,Mindtree,capsitech generally conducts the placement drive. For beginners, college faculty also organises placement drives and seminars for basic understanding.

The facilities at FIEM are very satisfactory for the students who come to study engineering and management courses. Classrooms are well furnished. All the labs are well furnished and have the required instruments.

on the quality of teachers the majority of the faculty members are well learned and educated, and most are friendly and assist in dispelling doubts. Some students' reviews state that teachers are supportive and do a good job explaining theory and practical.

The placement situation at FIEM can be termed average but consistent particularly for IT and computer science. Most of the recruiters are from mass hiring companies like cognizant , tcs, wipro etc. The average package is around 3-4 lpa

College infrastructure is average, but you will not get unlimited wifi connection throughout the campus they provide 34mb free internet sounds funny but it is like that only and after that it doesn't work.

So I am a student of btech cse(ds) and my 2 years of studying experience is not satisfied because many teachers don't know how to teach, explain.. they have knowledge but not good at explaining although we have some good teachers too who are experts..

Before 2023 placement rate was good almost 75-90% students from every branch get placed.. with minimum salary of 3.6 to 7 lakhs.. but because of recession placements are not good now and many big companies also doesn't visit..

Yeah it is value for money 4.5 lakhs for 4 years btech is okh..

Campus Life is very bad doesn't have proper ground and it is in very out location Sonarpur but you will every transportation to reach here bus, train,auto metro till Garia..

Overall this college is average.

College is okay not so good not so bad, infrastructure is nice only, classrooms are average, library is good but wifi through campus doens't work they provided wifi connection but only 34 mb is free after that it doesn't work, there is mini smart board but it is installed in only 4th year class room, there is no as such sport center.

Some faculties are too good like they know how to teach and explain and mentor students but some are not at all good they don't know how to explain and they explain in Bengali they don't know english properly.

Before 2023 placement are good like almost 90% from though out the college students get placed.. but after that because of recession placements are not up to the mark. Many companies don't visit our college reason can be anything like por connection with IT sectors..

Yeah in Kolkata it is like affordable college where a middle class backgound students can study.

Campus is very small, there is no proper ground to play. only you can park your vehicles

Future Institute of Engineering and Management is a good and well decorated and our collage provide ac class room, smart class room , modern lab, and wifi connection also.Our college infastructure is modern and wll maintained.

The academic curriclum is updated regularly to match industry standerds. we had a good mix of theory and practical classes. our teacher are very good and they always help us and supported. overall our college academic system is vey good.

The qulity of placements at our college is good. our college placement cell is active and supportive. around 70% of batch got placed in different job role. last year the highest package offred was 10lpa

The Training and Placement Cell is very active and supportive, providing students with guidance, resources, and opportunities to prepare for interviews and aptitude tests. Regular placement training sessions, including soft skills development, resume building, mock interviews, and group discussions, helped us gain confidence and improve our communication and problem-solving abilities. Many reputed companies from various sectors such as IT, finance, analytics, and core engineering visited the campus. The placement process was well-organized, and students were kept informed about every stage. We had access to company profiles, job descriptions, and preparation materials well in advance, which made us better prepared for the recruitment drives. A good number of students secured placements in well-known companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, and Capgemini, among others. Its developing years after years so thats a good sign . Ac should be installed in engineering departments and the toilets should be improved , the washroom are really dirty . More lifts should be there . Single lift for everyone with capacity of 5 people makes works delay

Okaish . Lab classes should be more than the theories one . Smart classes should be installed . Otherwise the teachers and senior faculties are good and helpful . All the faculties are very focused and determined about their tasks.

Placements is something everyone is facing a crises and struggle but we should be prepared and skillful for the placement but this college fails to do so . Placement preparation should be done from 1st yr instead of teaching un useful subjects.

The college has godi infrastructure with all the basic facilities . Classrooms are clean and spacious and labs are well equipped for practicals.The library is quite with plenty of books and the the playground is nice for sports .The canteen serves affordable food. Overall the college provide a comfortable environment for learning and student life

The academics in my college are good and well -planned. The subject are taught in a way that is easy to understand with both theory and practicals. The faculty are very knowledgeable and helpful . They explain everything clearly and support students in solving doubts and doing project. Labs also help us learn better .

The placement in my college is good and helpful for students.The placement cell works hard to bring companies to the campus and guide students through the process.They also conduct training and aptitude session to prepare us well. Many students are placed in good companies every year .

The college is good value for money .The fees are reasonable and the facilities provided are good. We get good teaching ,labs, library and placement support for what we pay . The campus also has a nice environment for learning and enjoying college life .

Campus life in my college is fun and happy . There are many events like tech fests, sports and culture fests that keep students busy and entertained . We make friends by joining different clubs . Overall the campus life is a mix of study and enjoyment

I had a positive extensive experience in Future Institute of Engineering and Management (FIEM), Kolkata has been remarkably pleasing. Infrastructure too is to be appreciated here, with well-facilitated labs, sophisticated classrooms, a helpful library, and a campus that fosters academic and extracurricular development. All in all, FIEM provides an equilibrium environment in which students develop technically, professionally, as well as personally. The campus is clean, and student - friendly. Classrooms are equipped with modern teaching aids. The whole building having fully ac and separated labs for different departments with updated software and hardware tools, Wi-Fi is available across the campus and there are sports facilities and spaces for extracurricular activities too and fully hygienic canteen which serve good food.

The teachers are very experienced and helpful and also genuinely invested in students career growth, encouraging us to cross books and learn about practical uses of what we study that because many of them had industry experience that helps to bridge the gap between theory and practice. The academic curriculum is well - structured and up to date with industry standards and the faculty members are fully supportive and ensuring that students gain both theoretical and practical insight. The aptitude sessions, mock tests conducting active and functional career counselling that enhance our confidence and prepare us well for job ready.

FIEM has the most observable feature that is prominence internships that help us gain more knowledge about the industry before getting any placement that helps us to get better industry exposure but also significantly strengthen CVs. The placement cell is quite active and functional, continuously conducting training programs and more as mentioned above that help us to enhance our confidence and prepare us for job ready, the college tie- up with several reputed companies, and a good number of students get placed in IT, core engineering, management roles. The placement rate is 96% all above the streams whereas the highest package is offered around 15 LPA and average package is around 3.5 LPA. All eligible students secured placements in 2025 demonstrating a strong and supportive recruitment ecosystem in FIEM.

As per 2025-2026 MBA batch at FIEM, Kolkata the total 2-year program fee is approximately 5.36 lakh which include tuition fee and a one-time admission charge Rs 36200. That works out to roughly 2.68 lakh per year. I chose to pursue my MBA in FIEM after completing my graduation, I'm very satisfied with my experience. One of the great benefits of studying at FIEM is that if you do your graduation from here you get the opportunity for scholarships when enrolling for postgraduate courses. I took the advantage of this and received a 1 lakh scholarship for my MBA, which made the program much more affordable along with excellent faculty, practical learning and strong placement support.

The FIEM is well maintained and offers a comfortable environment for students with modern amenities and technology which really helps us in practical learning. The library is spacious and stocked with a good collection of books and digital resources. There are also designated areas for group studies and extracurricular activities. The campus is secure and peaceful some students feel that more recreational facilities like indoor sports complex would enhance the campus experience. students at FIEM engage in variety of activities beyond academics, including cultural events, technical workshops, sports competitions and club activities to coding, robotics, and Mangement. The college also encourages participation in seminars and industry visits, which help broaden our practical knowledge and networking skills.

College in infrastructure plays a big role. And our college has many facilities. The classrooms are big clean and well maintained. The labs are updated. And many seminars are held for our privilege and we get a lots of help from this. Good Wi-Fi connection we get.

Academics is the backbone of our college. We have almost 65+ subject in our 4 year course. And all the subjects are very tough and also important for our career and our teachers make a start the subjects very easily so that we don't have to face any kind of trouble in future.

Placements are also okay in our college like this is the most important part of a students college life and our college has many facilities like the mock interviews then soft skill aptitude classes it helps us to prepare for the main placement interviews
