To get admission in Government College of Engineering and Ceramic Technology, Kolkata, you need to give WBJEE Exam.

WBJEE is a state level undergraduate engineering entrance exam conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations (WBJEE) Board every year for admission to 9 government and 94 private engineering colleges/universities of West Bengal.

WBJEE Eligibility Criteria-

• Applicant must be a citizen of India.

• Candidates must be at least seventeen years of age by December of the year of appearing in the exam for Engineering/Technology (other than Marine Engineering) courses. There is no upper age limit for WBJEE.

• Candidates must be at least seventeen (17) years of age or above by December of the year of appearing in the exam and must not be above 25 years of age as on July of that year for Marine engineering course.

• Candidates seeking admission to Government engineering/technology colleges, reserve category seats of any institution, including TFW category seats must be domicile of West Bengal.

• They must have passed higher secondary (10+2) examination of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination from a recognized council/board.

Sc's can get admission anywhere because of that government printed sc stamp up in y'all forehead. If u are sc and still don't get a cse in javavpur or kalyani through wbjee,then shame on u. U should leave your studies and go start farming. Sc's talking about studies and hardwork is turd.

Hi Swati, in order to get admission into Government college of engineering and ceramic technology, you need to appear for WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination). Also, the candidate must have scored minimum 45% in their 12th in order to apply in the university.
