Classrooms are well-organised. They are not too big but are spacious enough to sit. The college is fully Wi-Fi enabled, but the network is the worst, so no one uses it. There is no hostel facility for boys, so you have to take a hostel outside, which costs around Rs. 7,000 rupees per month. Students also take PG accommodations with other friends. There is a hostel facility for girls, but it is just average. The campus is very small, so there are very few sports grounds like cricket, football, basketball, and table tennis.

Teachers are well-qualified and have done PhDs in their field. Their teaching methods are old. Students get bored easily, but if they pay attention, they teach well. The course curriculum is outdated and doesn't prepare students for the industry. Semesters are tough and rigorous. They don't give marks easily.

Placement in Heritage Institute of Technology is good . Most companies are mass recruiters, offering 4 LPA-5 LPA. Our placement percentage is around 70%-80%. The percentage seems high because our college doesn't allow students to sit in placements once they are already placed. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, and others. The highest salary package placement is around 16 LPA, and the lowest salary package is around 2-3 LPA.

All the teachers here are qualified, and many of them are from Jadavpur University and Calcutta University campuses and few are from IITS and NIT. Their teaching quality is also good. I think the most relevant part of the subject in this college is humanities, where they prepare students for interviews.

Minimum 80% of students were placed from our college. Top recruiting companies are mostly TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, SAP. It depends on which exam you are giving. For TCS Digital, the role given is a developer role, and for Ninga, the role given can be testing or analyst. The highest package offered was 7 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA.

Labs and library are up to the mark . The library is more than sufficient for every student and every semester the college provides recommended books from the library for the course . The canteen is also hygienic and charges reasonably for students. Table tennis, basketball,basketball ,football ,cricket every type of sport is available for the students . So it's a good experience for everyone. Additionally, there are many clubs available to join. There are various events and festivals going on through the year. Anyone can participate in them .

The teachers are knowledgeable and helpful to every student who's interested in learning . There are surprise tests conducted every semester on every subject so that the students stay well rehearsed throughout the course and these marks are important and used while calculating the CGPA. The exams are fairly tough but if you follow the classes, it won't be a problem .

Placement percentage is high in my CSE artificial intelligence and Machine learning department compared to the rest. The college helps you prepare for GD and interviews through soft skill lab work so that every student is well prepared for the off campus placements after graduation.

The classrooms are big and spacious with projectors there is AC in the classrooms, there is AC available in the lab. The labs are well-equipped with the latest technologies. There is a huge library with 1000 of books and they provide books for each semester. There is a hostel for girls inside the campus, but for boys, the hostel is for their first year only.

Professors and assistant professors are well-educated and well-mannered. They provide basic to advanced knowledge and conduct regular tests after the completion of each module. They also help with preparing for many competitive exams. the courses are relevant and help students to excel in their subjects. The semester exams are not too difficult, but we have to follow the teachers' notes and PDFs. Almost 95 percent pass.

The placement scenario is quite good in our college. If you're working hard on your skills, no one can stop you from grabbing a placement. Almost 80-90% of students get placed every year at an average salary of 4-5 LPA. So yes, work hard on yourself, and you'll be successful in the future.

This college is best in terms of programs and functions held here. Various fests are conducted here with great arrangements. All equipment with library and laboratory are also provided to all students studying here

Teachers are helpful without any second thought. Studies here is done upto the mark. Teachers and teaching staff are well educated with high qualifications and degree. Students are helped in all possible ways by the teachers

Its one of the best college in terms of placement provided in college campuses. Average to high salary packages come here and students who are well deserving gets the job . Placement process was easy and well to go

Classes with Wifi access and smart boards and with projector facilities . Libraries labs and seminar rooms to conduct academic and non academic events .We have also maintained and Hygienic canteen and playground.

Im studying Btech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. And the teaching is based on the academic curriculum teachers are contributing and put effort to each student.The college is under the Calcutta University .

Quality of placements is good .The recent placed students information are updated besides the internship and workshops being held frequent basis.And the pocess of placements is Easy and Pleasant.Our college is also very supportive to the students sitting in placements.

Our college infrastructure is great as we have college play grounds, great campus, high-tech labs and many more. Our building infrastructure is great as the classrooms, labs, staffroom, offices are all well designed and managed.

We have a great academic curriculum with intensely designed and dedicated subjects which helps us for both placements and for further studies. We have very proficient professors who helps us in our journey of these 4 years.

Our college placements are good but the recruitment in this year is not that good as recession time is going. Yet the packages with which the companies are providing is good and many various field of opportunities are being provided.

Our college provides high-tech labs with highly educated professors along with great management which helps all students to grow in their own way. So any students who have already studied in heritage can confirm that our college is the perfect example of value-for-money.

The best campus in my opinion any college can provide. We have all sorts of sports ground which helps us to grow physically. The campus itself is so beautiful to watch that i cannot explain it in words.

Best college ever.

The college has all necessary infrastructures such as labs, auditorium, classrooms, canteen and so on that ensure a mediate college life. Some classrooms have smart boards and smart features for ease of teaching and the college library is well maintained . The living spaces are clean most of the times and food is okayish as well .

The course I'm pursuing is Btech in CSE due to the good quality of placements in previous years. The quality of teaching is good with clarity in concepts and doubts and better understanding of concepts. The curriculum indeed is up to date and includes almost all recent developments making us ready to take on jobs when its time.

The college has been offering placement opportunities to students in every branch. About 96 percent placement is offered atmost and the highest package should be around 12 LPA offered to civil. The average salary is 6 - 7 LPA .

The course cost initially around 4 lacs however it was increased to about 6 lacs for 4 years. Though the increase was expected since long but the money is not too worth it .

The campus life is average with club activities and stuff occurring every now and then. The faculty and staff are supportive , the location being pretty good and quiet for a college. The college is safe and indeed able to handle emergencies efficiently .

The college building is segregated in accordance with departments of technology,overall its quiet well maintained,including girls hostels and colledge for degree courses along with arts stream courses ,it has well equiped labs, air conditioned library with internet connection

Im undergoing bachelors in civil engineering, the froffesors are very much dupportive when you are willing to give in the work,proffesors very much try to keep us updated with the updated codes or refferences..their curriculum is job ready

It depends on the students..and the TPO cell what copanies they are bringing in....overal we get above 90 percent placements . . . . . . . . . ... . . . .. . .

Due to certain circumstances..under west bengal govt the fees increased frm 46 k to 70k per sem...(merit entry). .

I really got into many clubs this college provide..drana,music,web devolupment..its quite engaging and begginer freindly..even proffesors support us in various clubs

Wont say the campus is huge. But yes, surely, it's bigger than IEM. There are 2 fields(boro math and choto math) and in total 3 buildings (CME, ICT, CB), all three... 5 storeyed, and well equipped and air conditioned Laboratories.

All the professors are well educated and highly experienced both academics and Industry Trained. They offer A Grade education. But one thing, the syllabus is a bit outdated. Not a problem of this college but a problem of all WB colleges.

Placement assistance from TPO is good. Although due to recession many companies stopped coming to our college and many other colleges of WB. But the curriculum and Syllabus of 3rd and 4th year of BTECH. are well equipped with Placements. This year 70% are placed with a CTC of 18LPA(in campus)

Overall, the college is a good college to kickstart your career. But there are certain loopholes in the administration of the college. They are at times rude and inconsiderate of sentiments and issues consering Students Mental Health and fests.
