IEM Kolkata Scholarships

Tuition Fee Waiver Schemes are offered by the Institute of Engineering and Management Kolkata scholarship. To avail of the IEM Kolkata scholarship, candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria. The required eligibility criteria for the scholarship is that candidates’ monthly income should be less than Rs. 10,000. The IEM Kolkata scholarship amount is offered as a waiver in tuition fees.

The institute placement cell also provides internship assistance to the students. IEM Kolkata facilities include a boy's hostel, girl's hostel, library, sports, gym, cafeteria, auditorium, medical clinic, wi-fi, IT infrastructure, classrooms, laboratories, transport and parking. The institute provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls students. Numerous resources like textbooks, reference books, national and international journals, periodicals, newspapers, magazines, e-books, e-journals, and online databases are available in the institute library. Institute of Engineering and Management Kolkata facilities include a separate sports department, which provides various indoor and outdoor sports like chess, carrom, badminton, table tennis, tennis, cricket, basketball, football, volleyball, hockey and many others. The institute is located at Salt Lake Electronics Complex- Y-12, Street Number 18, EP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal. The nearest Railway Station is Howrah Railway Station. The distance between the Railway Station and the institute is 12 km and would take around 20 minutes by cab or auto. The nearest Airport is Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport which is located 15 km away from IEM Kolkata. It would take approximately 45 minutes for a cab or auto to reach the institute. Webel Bus Stop is the nearest Bus Stop and is 300 metres far from the institute. It would take 3 minutes from the bus to reach the institute. Students can hire a cab or an auto to reach the college gate.
