The college have all the facilities and equipment. In the classrooms we have projectors so that the teachers can demonstrate the things more precisely, having proper laboratories, and also have libraries but in libraries sometimes the students can face the issue of shortage of proper books for being issued but can read out the books in reading sections in the library, also having sport centers and hostels with wi-fi facilities. Absolutely the food is of good quality and very hygienic.
I am the student of MBA (Masters of Business Administration), and the faculty is nice over here. There are having good teachers of Marketing and Human Resource and others are also good on its part. Yes I definitely think that the curriculum is updated and also includes all the recent developments in the field. yes, whatever we are studying will help us in getting job hence, it makes us job ready.
Also the quality of placements are fair enough but good as the engineering department, but overall it was good as to get placed is totally depends upon the students. Approx 60% placements are there which are on-campus but also students are placed off-campus as well at good places. In the field of Marketing the company is providing the highest packages, I guess it is 10LPA, and the average salary is approx 5 LPA. Yes the placement is easy and pleasant. The college is totally supportive.
Overall the college is good. One should get admission without thinking much.
I'd be happy to share a review of my college, the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) in Lucknow, where I'm pursuing my MBA. IET boasts impressive infrastructure with modern facilities that cater to both academic and extracurricular needs. The campus is also very large and full of greenery. The campus is well-maintained, featuring spacious classrooms, well- equipped laboratories, and a resourceful library. The infrastructure is well maintained according to the govt colleges.
The quality of education at IET is commendable. IET is also one of the best government college in Uttar Pradesh. The faculty members are experienced and knowledgeable. The curriculum is well structured and little bit hard you have to give two CT exams in one semester and one makeup CT and after that the semesters. but it's very beneficial to the student's growth. Guest lectures, seminars, and workshops enhance our learning experience.
The is actually good in the college. The college has a strong placement cell that works diligently to provide placement opportunities for the student. commonly every department has two TPC one girl and one boy. who helps other students. Regular training sessions, mock interviews, and resume workshops prepare us for the corporate world. prominent companies visit the campus and providing the platform for us to kickstart out careers.
IET is really a value for money college it's a government body and provide a quality education at low price and also provide scholarships. so, it's very helpful to the students. The bend of quality education, supportive faculty, and ample opportunities for extracurricular involvement makes IET a place to pursue higher education.
Campus life is also very nice there is no ragging like thigs. The environment is so good and facilities are good not up to top but it's good. Hostels are provided to girls and boys. And the mess food is also good.
My experience is nice at the college. Make friends doing study. that's all.
The Infrastructure of the college is not up to the mark. The classrooms are very old and washrooms are not provided with proper flush. Drinking water is not available in each and every department and one has to walk a lot to fill water. The canteen has very less options of food and there is only one canteen. No proper seating facility in the canteen
Yes according to academics it is quite good. The teachers are quite educated and mostly of doctorate level. They are all mostly from government colleges. They are quite experienced and regular. Classes are conducted regularly. There is less of practical experience.
Placements are good but very few companies visit the campus. Mostly the companies visit for btech courses but for mba very few companies visit the campus. The highest package was 9 LPA but very students got placed through campus.
The college is like ok ok for MBA but good for BTech, you guys have to struggle. My suggestion is to go for college in ncr or prepare CAT if you really want to make yourself a management person. Hope for the best.
The college is like ok ok for MBA but good for BTech, you guys have to struggle. My suggestion is to go for college in ncr or prepare CAT if you really want to make yourself a management person. Hope for the best.
Placement is like 10 to 15 percentage. Its below average but that's the reality, but it depends to on placement coordinator, how much he/she is capable and able to persuade the organisation hiring team to visit.
The fees is low as compare to other private colleges infact students also receive scholarship from the government. So the only expenditure is of living and travelling. So according to its not that much expensive.
Yeah the people are good, the environment is also quiet so overall a good place for self study, also for some physical exercises
College have necessary infrastructure. Wifi, libraries sports center is available and hostel has amazing food. Best sports facilities grounds are open 24*7 you can play all day. Good place for growth.
Good in academics. Focus on extra curricular activities more. curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. Opreations is the best field to get the job in today's competitive erra.
Placement is outstanding. Good salary package. The quality of the placement are high level. Edtech companies are invited for the placements of the MBA students. Average salary package is 4 to 5 lac and maximum 9 lac.
Value for money value for time. Total 2-3 lac for the 2 year is the cost of full time MBA here. It is money worth beacause it is a government institution and have NET JRF cleared faculties which is more ensuring that you will get high quality education.
Campus Life is full of amazing activities and good friends. College have different kind of clubs like photography club, dance club, singing club, Josh club, litrature club. All are made for the students to take part in extra curricular activities.
College has all necessary infrastructure and technology. There is department library as well as central library which is open day long to study.hostels are provided with internet facility and sport centre is also quite well maintained.Living space is clean and hygiene foodies provided.
Good reputation of college and quality teachers are there who have PhD in their respective subjects.they are quite lineant in nature and guide personally in any of the situation, also provide mental support.
Placement are good , even average students get placed approx 90% are placed.teachers help students learn industryready skills so as to crack interview and help them in creating resume that get shortlisted easily.
College fees is 80k per year and packages approx 6lpa that is good roi.this college provides one of the best roi among different colleges through out the whole country. One should come here as fees is quite low
College is big this is the best and worst part as for any work you have to travel throughout the college for any paper work photocopy shops are quite at a distance thus there is also no public convence.
I am experiencing a good lifestyle and academic at college. I had participated in lot of clubs where different social and cultural activities happen very often. Also roads are proper maintained with good connectivity.
The infrastructure do have a old and authentic feel to it ,So it looks visually beautiful . But there is a issue that are not very hygienic and facilities equipped washrooms which often causes inconvenience for both boys and girls respectively. Overall the campus does have lot of trees and greenary which makes it a scenic view.
I am pursuing MBA currently because it indeed is a reputed college, faculty is skilled and interactive. Lectures becomes easy to understand when it's two way . But considering MBA is a professional course so there is not enough activities that encourages personality development in students which should be considered .
I am in first year currently but we are aware about the packages and jobs every seniors received so overall packages are worth your hard work. Average salary offered is 6 to 7 lakhs per annum,Big companies like Google , Microsoft also visits for campus placement.
Yes, my college have most of the necessary facilities and equipments. Some of these are: 1.Academic Blocks: The institute has 5 academic blocks, each of which have there own labs, classrooms and seminar hall. 2.Computer lab: There is also a computer lab with good internet connectivity. 3. Sport complex 4. Medical dispensary 5. Wifi 6. Temple 7. Canteen 8. Playground 9. Parking area
I'm persuing BTech in Mechanical engineering because I love to know the process behind every product and it is only visible in mechanical engineering. Quality of teaching is okayish. Yes carriculumn is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. What is taught us in classroom is no enough to land a good job. But syllabus is relevant.
Quality of placement is increasing since last 3 years. Almost all the students which have applied for the placements have placed. 40 LPA is the highest package offered to BTech Computer science student. Average package is 10LPA. Yes it is quite easy compared to off campus placement. Yes my college is supportive and has training and placement cell which has been running by the students of our college.
For first year students academic fee is 89775 per year. And for rest of the year it is 84775 per year. I literally don't think that it is worth it. They don't teach us anything to become job ready.
Apart from study there are various clubs and societies for extra carriculumn activities. Which includes sport clubs, dance, singing, drama, literature and fine art clubs. There is also a student media body which is managed by the students. There are many parties and fests which you can enroll for. It is a journey of freshers party to Departmental fest to college annual fest to farewell party. Students and teachers connected are good at IET. Location is also good. It's absolutely safe. Yes it can
I would only day that if someone wants to take addmission at IET Lucknow, it should be in there minds that no one will guide you there you have to make your way ahead by yourself only. Also seniors are supportive.
Campus is overall good but with some issues that can be ignored easily like in summer it is like oven. But at the end it is government college so you can't expect more than it. And the fees is too little.
Actually it is an engineering college and placements are literally good from this college but I'm doing MBA from here and my 8 seniors packed package of 8-10 lpa that is too good with the fees of 2 years which is 1.6 lacks and if you are eligible you can get approx 1 lakhs as scholarship so overall ROI is better than many private colleges and of course it makes it UPs number one college in terms of ROI.
Overall placement is good from the pov of return on investment. My seniors packed good amount of package from the college and I can proudly say it's totally worth to take admission to boost the career in the minimum budget.
Yes it is. Because for engineering it is one of the finest government college of UP ranked after IIT kanpur and MNIT Prayagraj.
Campus life is overall ok but not that enjoying but it's good.
Overall my experience is good from this college because of all the efforts faculty makes to improve the overall persona of student.

Based on previous years trends , the closing rank for branches like CSE ,AI , ECE and even Electrical and Mechanical were well above your SC rank . You should definitely apply under the home state SC quota , prioritize branches like CSE , AI and ECE during choice filling , and attend all counselling rounds .
Yes, with 47,000 AIR and 6600 EWS rank, you have a strong chance of getting CSE at IET Lucknow, as the previous year cutoffs were higher than your rank.
Hello Aspirant,
No, you cannot get admission to IET Lucknow through CUET-UG. IET Lucknow is a Government Engineering College, affiliated to AKTU, it is possible only through JEE Main scores, in general the admission is through UPTAC (Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling). Also, you have not given JEE Main; therefore, you cannot join IET Lucknow in regular B.Tech counseling process.
But you can check for other universities or colleges providing CUET-UG admissions in the undergraduate program especially with streams in science, commerce, and arts.
