Both are good colleges in terms of CSE However,the placement record of IIIT Bangalore is very  good in 2020 the highest package offered is 43.41lpa and average package is 24.88lpa.The companies visit IIIT Bangalore are amazon,accenture,HP etc and also the curriculum is very good of IIIT Bangalore while for MSRIT the the highest package is 11 lpa average package is 7 lakhs per annum.Almost 90% student got placed in MSRIT from CSE stream.There are many other factors to consider you can click below for comparison of colleges

I would judge the college based upon few factors which is placements ,faculty , infrastructure.

In placements it's pretty average and it offers an average salary of 4-5 L per annum.

The faculty has good teachers with good educational background .

Campus has pretty nice greenery and has strong wifi connection.

The facilities provided by the college are considerable such as digital classrooms, labs, sports ground, library, internet facilities etc. Faculty members are also well educated and experienced in their subjects. Placement record of college is improving year by year and still needs to grow , however college gives around 60% placements. Candidates with good academic knowledge and skillset can grab a good opportunity (as per the reviews). college also offers internships to students to add a x-factor in their CV/resume.
