With a JELET rank of 410 in the General category, getting into Chemical Engineering at KGEC is quite difficult because their cutoffs are usually much lower. KGEC is one of the top government colleges, so seats fill quickly with higher-ranked students. You might still get chances in lower-demand branches

If you're a West Bengal domicile,then with a SC rank of 1411 you have a very good chance of getting B.Pharm at Jadavpur University as well as CSE or IT in government college like KGEC , because the SC cutoffs for these seats are usually higher then your

Your WBJEE rank is 72,000 and SC rank ~8,000; therefore, it is going to be very difficult to get CSE in Heritage or KGEC because those two colleges are usually closed by much lower SC rank. Although the CSE cut-offs at government colleges are also usually lower than
