Yes you can get an admission. But for now no merit list is specified for the lateral entry of any college. So, it is a bit difficult to suggest you some names. You can check for the courses in the official site of Entrance exam and get the list

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of UPSEE,you seems elligible for KNIT.But you will get non core stream in KNIT with this score you won't get CSE,IT,ME,EE etc.And you are not elligible for IET.And you can secure seat in other government engineering college with core stream.
