Yes you can get an admission. But for now no merit list is specified for the lateral entry of any college. So, it is a bit difficult to suggest you some names. You can check for the courses in the official site of Entrance exam and get the list

The range of the opening and closing rank for the KNIT in the previous year's was around 32-56, opening and closing rank. Through reservation you have chances and you can try your luck but there are other good colleges also whre you can take the admission and go with the

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of UPSEE,you seems elligible for KNIT.But you will get non core stream in KNIT with this score you won't get CSE,IT,ME,EE etc.And you are not elligible for IET.And you can secure seat in other government engineering college with core stream.
