I am afraid to tell you that the Government Engineering college Thrissur accepts only KEAM scores and this exam has already been taken successfully on 16 the July 2020.
But do not worry there are various colleges in keral that accepts Jee scores as well . You can find these details about them in the given link

Hello,
Admissions to Model Engineering College, Thrissur for B.tech courses is done on the basis of score in KEAM exam organized by CEE Kerala.
Apart from the score in KEAM, you also need to have 50% marks in Maths and aggregate of 50% average marks in your class 12th boards.
As you have not appeared for KEAM, so you won't be able to get admission into Model Engineering College Thrissur for B.tech courses.
You can go for some other engineering colleges in Kerala which accept your JEE Mains score. Yes dear aspirant,Malabar College of Engineering and technology or MCET is having Btech. courses with specialisations in Robotics,Artificial Intelligence,Cloud Computing,Cyber Security etc.So,yes they are having specialisation in Cyber Security and you can study there among a lot of other specialisations.So,if you want to join that institute then you can.
