As per your marks and the last year cutoff trend for the mit jaipur, you have very less possibility to get mit jaipur. As per your rank last year there is only one branch available to get in.'Metallurgical and Materials Engineering has the rank around 32000 and for all other branches it's around to max. 20000.

But every year merit list change on some factors like no. Of students appeared or difficulty level of exam and all. So you have very less chance to grab seat in college.

In terms of higher salary and packages IT sector is largest so you can go for  computer science engineering. Most of the companies recruit for a software engineer at higher package as compared to the other branches. In the four years of engineering you'll grab your command on coding hence will go for an IT compy with a good package

Sorry to say but with 8095 rank in MUOET, you don't have a chance to get a seat in MIT Manipal since it closes around 1400-2000 rank for CSE and for CCE it closes around 2500 for the last round of counselling, so you won't be able to get a seat.

Manipal Institute of Technology offers degree programmes at the undergraduate(UG) and postgraduate(PG) level. 28512 rank in MET is very high and with this much rank there is only one branch available to you in Manipal campus i.e. Media technology which closes at 35584 for the last round. Also, there is some scope for Civil as it closes around 24-25k.

According to the previous year cut offs 4k rank is not good enough for IT department in MIT Manipal. The closing rank was around 2.5 to 3k in 2018. But still you may go for counselling as the cut offs keep changing every year and luck might be on your favour this time.

Congratulations your score is enough to get cs branch at Manipal main campus. 

Generally 130 to 145 questions should be correct to get the seat but as you mentioned that your score is 300  ,I think you can easily get cs there .there are 3 campus of Manipal University you can choose whatever you like .
