Hi,

With 86 percentile you would get CRL rank of around 1,45000+. With this percentile and rank, getting in CSE Core in NITs is difficult. You can still apply for JOSAA Councelling and there you had some chance of getting NITs.

However CSE-Core in VIT Chennai is also a good option. Although with category 2, it would be costly but VIT is among the top private colleges in India.

Thanks!!

Hello Virat,

Hope you are doing well. There is no specification of minimum marks in 10th and 12th that will allow you to sit for placements for all the companies. Every companies have their own requirements which they mention in their eligibility criteria. For most of the companies these are usually 65% in both 10th and 12th.

However, they do differ significantly as there are companies who even ask for 85% and above in both 10th and 12th and companies which only require 60%.

Percentage calculation entirely depends on your college. Based on your board, it is decided. However, for CBSE, best of 5 is always taken.

Hope this helps.

Hello sir

You don't have mentioned from which category you belong. Although at 400 marks there are almost no chance of getting any government medical College through all india quota counselling in any category. She should must focus to score more than 600 if she belongs to general category.

As your profile suggest that you are from Rajasthan so I scared to tell but there's large competition of govt medical seat in the state.

So according to that this is very low marks and there are almost no chance of getting govt college in general category.

At this marks she can only get private medical colleges in rajasthan which fees are usually.

You can use our neet college predictor it will tell you at which marks you may get govt college. Link is below

Hello Aspirant,

N, you cannot sit for JEE-Advance 2022 if you had passed your class 12th in 2020 because as per the JEE-Advance eligibility criteria the candidates is allowed to appear for JEE-Advance for only two consecutive years after passing class 12th which includes the passing year of candidate as well, so JEE-Advance 2021 is last attempt for you, if you get qualified in JEE-Main 2021 then you can definitely sit for JEE-Advance 2021. But you can definitely sit for JEE-Main 2022 if you satisfy the given eligibility criterion :-

1--- Age criteria :- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.

2--- Qualifying Examination :- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as mandatory subjects from any of the recognized central or state board.

3--- Year of qualification :- For JEE-Main 2021 only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2019, 2020 or 2021; or those who are appearing in Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2021, are eligible to appear.

So if you follow all above criterion then you are definitely eligible for JEE-Main.
