As per the information available online, TCS allows all branches to participate in the placements. But the point is that one should have a sufficient knowledge in coding in order to get placed. So if you are from a non-CSE/IT background and still you want to go for that genre of jobs then you need to work on coding skills and you have to learn the coding languages such as JAVA, SQL, C, C++ etc. So if you are wiling to go for CSE related jobs you have to put some efforts apart from your curriculum.

Hello
I am guessing your question is in regarding with jee main 2022.
Actually, you are eligible for jee main examination irrespective of your% provided you have at least passed 12th.
This is because,
There's no minimum % barrier for jee main.
For your reference,
Jee main eligibility criteria is given below-
--------) Qualification required :- to be eligible for JEE mains you need 10+2/equivalent qualification.
|
Course |
Required Criteria based on Class 12th or equivalent |
|
B.E/B.Tech |
Passed qualifying examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of :-
----)Chemistry -----)Biotechnology -----)Biology ----) Technical Vocational subject. |
|
B.Arch |
Passed qualifying examination with -----)Mathematics, -----)Physics, ------) Chemistry |
|
B.Planning |
Passed qualifying examination with Mathematics |
--------) Passing year :- one is eligible for JEE main examination for consecutive three years starting from the year of appearing for 12th /equivalent examination i. e to be eligible for JEE mains 2022 you should be either appearing for 12th board exam or equivalent in 2022 or should have passed it in 2021 or 2020
--------) There is no age limit to be eligible
- -------) there is no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible for JEE Main.
But yes,
To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs one needs at least 75% marks in class 12th if belongs to General or OBC category or at least 65% marks in class 12th if belongs to Sc or St category.
For this year i. e 2021 this minimum percentage requirement of 75% - 65 % has been lifted off .
But in 2022, yes this 75-65 % criteria for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs will be there( if removed due to conditions like pandemic then nta will notify about it)
Now,
You have mentioned that you have got over 60 in physics and chemistry and 37 in maths . You are completely ok with it but what is your total 12th % ?
This is important because,
5 Subjects to be considered for calculating aggregate percentage for jee main are :-
*Physics
*Chemistry
*Mathematics
*A language
*Any subject other than listed above
So, if you have 75 % / 65 % as per your category in the aggregate of above subjects then only you are eligible for NITs .
If your% is low then you can appear for entrance examination.

Hello Aspirant,
Congratulations for a good rank in TS EAMCET 2021.
Based on your rank in TS EAMCET you might not get any seat in CMR Institute of Technology, Hyderabad for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering and B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning as per last year's cut-off state rank, which was 11082 and 13809 respectively.
Although you have a good chance in these colleges as per your rank and considering you under General Category, as you haven't mentioned your caste category as per previous year's record -
• Sree Dattha Institute of Engineering and Sciences, Ibrahimpatnam
• Vijaya Engineering College, Khammam
• Kommuri Pratap Reddy Institute of Technology, Ghatkesar
• Trinity College of Engineering and Technology, Karim Nagar
• Vaagdevi Engineering College, Warangal
• Siddhartha Institute of Technology and Sciences, Ghatkesar
• Vignana Bharathi Engineering College, Ibrahimpatnam and many more.

For mop-up round you have to register again with an amount of 200 rupee that will be done from 6th sep to 8th sep. Hope this may helps you . For some more basic information you may view the WBJEE timetable and counsilling brochure.
ALL THE BEST! WORK HARD !!
Hi,
With 86 percentile you would get CRL rank of around 1,45000+. With this percentile and rank, getting in CSE Core in NITs is difficult. You can still apply for JOSAA Councelling and there you had some chance of getting NITs.
However CSE-Core in VIT Chennai is also a good option. Although with category 2, it would be costly but VIT is among the top private colleges in India.
Thanks!!
Hello Virat,
Hope you are doing well. There is no specification of minimum marks in 10th and 12th that will allow you to sit for placements for all the companies. Every companies have their own requirements which they mention in their eligibility criteria. For most of the companies these are usually 65% in both 10th and 12th.
However, they do differ significantly as there are companies who even ask for 85% and above in both 10th and 12th and companies which only require 60%.
Percentage calculation entirely depends on your college. Based on your board, it is decided. However, for CBSE, best of 5 is always taken.
Hope this helps.

Hello sir
You don't have mentioned from which category you belong. Although at 400 marks there are almost no chance of getting any government medical College through all india quota counselling in any category. She should must focus to score more than 600 if she belongs to general category.
As your profile suggest that you are from Rajasthan so I scared to tell but there's large competition of govt medical seat in the state.
So according to that this is very low marks and there are almost no chance of getting govt college in general category.
At this marks she can only get private medical colleges in rajasthan which fees are usually.
You can use our neet college predictor it will tell you at which marks you may get govt college. Link is below

As she is in last few days of preparation she should practice as much she can
