With a score of 435, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges in Maharashtra when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 473 was required to fetch one a seat in Seth GS medical college ,Mumbai in OBC category under the 30% seats in state quota. Also, you have not mentioned which category you belong to. Anyway the chances are less only. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link

As per your rank it will be difficult to get Jorhat Engineering college or Assam Engineering college in first round wait for second round you may get a seat in that colleges rather than you can get other college i will prefer you to go for Jorhat Institute of science and technology (JIST). It would be difficult to tell you your exact chances as cutoffs vary from year to year depending on various factors like no. of candidates appearing for the exam, no. of seats available, difficulty of the exam and the top NEET scores. Some colleges which you can get are:
