Hi Pratim!! I would like to inform you that going to the counselling venue is compulsory for phase-I counselling as you have to give them the demand draft as well as book your seat and no online facility is available for the same but if you can't attend the counselling

The cutoff percentile for aiims was 93.6505421 for ST category candidate and all india rank around 24 thousand.

The rank which you got is 741236 actually ranking is to low competition is increasing year by year and also the chances of getting into NIT and iiit are not there I can say if you try you can get some other goverment colleges
