Hey Jimin,

Candidates must fulfill AIIMS 2019 Eligibility Criteria before applying for the exam. Following are some of the eligibility criteria:

Applicants must have completed 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before December 31, 2019.

Applicants must have passed 12th from any recognized board or university with English, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as subjects.

60% marks are required for general category candidates while SC/ST/OBC candidates require 50% to apply for the exam.

Candidates must be Indian nationals. Overseas Citizens of India and Non-Resident Indians are also eligible.

Candidates appearing for equivalent qualifying exam are also eligible.

Good Luck.

Hello harshita,

Yes, you have to clear the cutoff of exam to sit for counselling. As if you are not able to score the cutoff marks then you cannot go for counselling held by jossa.

So, I will advice you to score atleast equal to the general cutoff according to your category in which you come.

Hope it helps.

Thank you  :)

Hello,

My question is why do you want to back two years? If you have got lesser percentage in Class 12th, you still have an option of giving an improvement examination conducted by CBSE next year(assuming that you are talking about CBSE Boards). If you have cleared your 12th Boards this year, you can sit in JEE Mains two more times, i.e. in 2020 and in 2021. As far as JEE Advanced is concerned, you can get a chance to appear for JEE Advanced in 2020 only if you have cleared cutoff of JEE Mains. You can give JEE Mains thrice and JEE Advanced twice only.

Hope this helps!

dear purbita banerjee

as you given details you  may have rare chances to write for jee advance but once go through career36p and check it

hope in good way

all the best and thank you

If you completed 12th in 2019 and applied for JEE main in 2019, that was attempt number 1. If you repeat 11th and 12th starting from 2019, that'll mean you'll complete 12th standard in 2021 (ideally). So you'll be able to write JEE Main in 2021, and that'll be your last attempt.

Hello Mayank!

Repeating 11th and 12th will be okay but you may be not eligible for JEE ADVANCED by then as you will take 2 more years for 11th and 12th again.

It will be okay if you appear in improvement exam as it is very much valid for both JEE MAIN & JEE ADVANCED. You can utilize one entire year and do things well. Do remember that JEE ADVANCED only allows 2 attempts whereas JEE MAINS allows 3.

Hope that helps!

Dear aspirant,
Yes you will be able to appear for jee main and advance but if you are ready to appear for 12 th again to improve your marks then there is no need to appear for 11th again.
Hope you got it.

Dear Himanshi, the reason why they ask for Identification proofs is to see whether the data you entered in NEET application matches with the one in your Identity card and more importantly if both are the same person. Any discrepancy in basic details will put you in a spot. So if Aadhar card has different date of birth please carry along with you the original Identity card which has the details similar to your NEET application. You can alternatively carry Voter Id or Driver's License or PAN card.

No, they are very strict regarding these matters, especially regarding your name and photograph. You might trespass with other wrong details, but forsure not these! Your details are to match with your aadhar card.

Hiii..
No you cannot sit for jee advance.
Hope you get it..
