The cut off for being eligible to appeat in the JEE Advanced exam for the general category or from the Common Rank List (CRL)  has been released as 89.7548849. So if your percentile is below this you belong to the general category you won't be able to be eligible for JEE Advanced. As your percentile is 84.5 you don't seem to have qualified.

There are only 120 sanctioned seats in KIIT for the dual degree program in Biotechnology. So, there is a medium chance for you to get into your preferred stream , if other qualified candidates have opted for other courses. There is no cut off data available, but you can hope that you'll get into this course.

Electrical Engineers of any college are allowed to sit for software company placement. Big companies like TCS, Capegemini, LnT Infotech, Tech Mahindra allows electrical engineers.

With respect to product companies, if an electrical engineer is good at programming, around 50% of companies allow them or consider them.

One important point is that if an electrical engineer does not know the basics of software programming languages then there is no point of sitting in a software company placement.

Hii Fathimathul!! You sit in supplementary exam to pass those subjects which you were not able to do previously. You appear in this exam so that you become eligible to fill forms of those exams in which it is mandatory to have a passing certificate. Suppose you are giving supplensup of science paper and get paased then you are eligible to take course related to science subjects. Had not been this case then the whole concept of supplementary exam would be futile. Hope this helped. Good luck!!

for JEE main you will be given three chances to sit and for JEE Advance you will be eligible to sit onlt 2 times.

If you qualify JEE main in your 3rd attempt,then also you will not be allowed to sit in JEE Advance.

I wull be tough now as the cutoff is still not released but with this marks and considering General category it will be quite difficult to qualify for JEE advance. 

Last year the qualifying marks was around 75 for General category. But still hop for the best!!
