• Initially, companies are invited to participate in the NSSCE Palakkad placement process. 

• Companies send the details about the job description, job profile, location of the job, and remuneration.

• The placement cell scrutinises all job announcement forms and allocates campus visit dates to companies based on mutual interest.

• A pre-placement talk is scheduled on or before the selection date once confirmation is received from the company.

• To shortlist interested candidates, the company conducts a test and/or a group discussion.

• The company conducts interviews for candidates who have been shortlisted for final selection.

• Finally, the selected candidates will receive the job offer.
