You have a relatively lower score in CAT for any IIM Call hence you have bleak chances of a call from any of the IIMs. IIMs typically require a minimum of 90 percentile overall with a minimum of 80 percentile sectional scores.
Similar is the case for SP JAIN which rolls out profile based calls and the percentile should be around 95 atleast for a call.
I would suggest that if you reappear for CAT this year and score a 90+ percentile you can definitely get an interview call from all top IIMs and other excellent B Schools.
All the best!

Hi Aspirant,
The cat cutoff for getting a call is usually around 85 in SPJIMR.However, the admissions are based on many different factors such as past academic records,co-curriculars and relevant work experience.
If not having the above mentioned things, the cutoff required usually is in excess of 90 percentile.
So,you'll definitely get a call. However,if you do not have the required profile, then getting admission below 90 is difficult.
All the best.
Hope this helps.

Spjimr doesnt accept CMaT scores.

You might have checked unofficial links which may not be updated

Spjimr accepts CAT, XAt and GMaT scores only.
Cutoff trends sharedbelow.

It depends on Crash Course Like Entrance Exam or Bachelor Degree.
Mostly Top University consider Graduation & Entrance
Exam Result for shortlisting.
But some university want students should be Academically Strong for Further Studies.

Thanks,
Azim

Hi Aspirant,

Admissions in these schools happen on basis of GMAT, Essays & Interviews.

A combination of thisholy trinityhelps the admission committee judge the applicant on the primarily six parameters-

1. Academics

2. Work Experience

3. Goal Clarity

4. Diversity

5. Leadership

6. Communication.

You have to be very strong on most of these elements to secure admit. Sure, a weak area in an applicants profile may be offset by another very strong element. For instance weak academic record could be offset by a stellar work experience or a strong GMAT score.

However, overall profile of the applicant is very important. No single strong element can decide the outcome of your result. Do not rest on your laurels if you have a strong GMAT or undergraduate degree. Spend equal effort on making each element of your profile strong.

Try getting a work ex before and develop the habit of being an all rounder.
Do anything you can and want to,do it because it pleases you and not for the sake of the MBA.

Hope this helps.
