CAT attempt in 2019. Graduation-2018, full time NGO work and various courses for profile building. Do I still need job during 1 year gap?

Hi,
You can justify by above works for your gap, however the interviewer may still ask why you did not go for a full time job in a firm. So be prepared for that. Apart from this focus primarily on your cat preparation
