Its good but the real catch is it is always going on there are various constructional phases in the entire college recently there was a library floor breakdown due to which firsr floor of library was shutdown other than all the facilities are included.

Academics are mostly thereotical related and very less job knowledge is provided. Other than that academics include expired courses in todays world like course which are not relevant in today's world. The college is giving more importance to thereotical knowledge.

Placements are good but companies have certain criteria for applying for placements itself. It is very necesary to fulfill min cgpa criteria to land in placement training. Companies lile Amazon, Google, Infosys, JP morgan do come here

There are 5 categories in the fee structure . Only catwgpry 1 and 2 does give value for money . The average package is 11 lakhs around and can be varied largely on the basis of the branch opted other than that there cat 3 4 and 5 overly expensive

Campus life includes fests cultural programs there 198 clubs in the college hence there is no borement in the entire course and college life is amazing you can perform in various events and there is no ragging. It is strictly abolished

Always in construction phase, facilities are good. The infra includes smart classrooms , auditoriums, a comprehensive library, and various sports facilities. It also has multiple cafes and Bank/ ATMs for ease

More of theoritical sort of thing practicality is less emphasized on . There are changes in education policy though. There will be change and college is hardly trying for practical skills rather than rheory

Competitive placement scenario. Claimed to be 100 percent. The placement training includes 6 hours of hardcore skill training along with the certain cgpa criteria prevails below which there will be no placememt guarantee

Fess are category wise . Opt for cat 1 and cat2 there is value for money . Cat 3 , 4 , 5 are overly expensive

Very chill campus life.. always buzzing with activities. It's got a lot of clubs and special teams. Support from faculty is good, and a safe location too, and yes the campus handles emergencies good .

Has good infrastructure, adequate amenities, well maintained labs and buildings. Clean surrounding. Labs are maintained with properly maintained instruments including but not limited to computers as well as electrical equipments.

The curriculum is updated and is adequate for being job ready. Teaching is good and faculties are approachable. Academic malpractices are very strictly dealt with which is very important. Has systems for faculty review as well as course review

Good placement opportunities, many companies come, few students gets places at very high paying companies including but not limited to google, and other bog companies, placement cell is adequate and supporting.

yes the money is worth spending here for the connections and all the amenities that is being provided. the degree is worth it from here, faculty connections are also good to have as they can connect to internships and recognisable projects

Adequate amenities are present inside the campus only making going out redundant.Though there are lots of restrictions to from leaving the campus including but not limited to strict timing restrictions.

Our college has pretty solid infrastructure. The classrooms are spacious and have projectors. Labs are well equipped with the latest tools, especially in the computer and electronics departments. The library is really good has a wide range of books and enough space to study quietly. Wi-Fi is available across the campus and it's reliable most of the time. Sports facilities are decent with a basketball court, football ground, and indoor games area. The hostels are clean, and maintenance staff are usually quick to respond. The mess food is okay, not great, but hygienic. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to study and live.

The academics in our college are good. Most of the teachers are helpful and teach well. The syllabus is updated and covers important topics. I am a fina year student doing B Tech, Computer Science Engineering with specialization in AI and ML. The quality of teaching is very good and faculties are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very supportive.

Placements in the year 2025 were a bit less due to the recession period going on but as such placements are very good. If one maintains a good cgpa then that person can land into their dream company and with a very good salary.

Campus life is arguably the most disappointing aspect of this college. There are numerous restrictions within the campus, making it difficult to enjoy a sense of freedom. Additionally, the process for leave approval is cumbersome, and outings are typically only allowed on weekends.

It has pretty decent infrastructure. We have all the necessity amenities nearby, hence the infrastructure complements the busy student life of engineering. We have Domino's in the campus, also we have in campus gym and salon.

Pretty decent academics. Equipped to the new curriculum. Being a civil engineering student which is core engineering course we were also being taught about Coding and other such new and upcoming things.

Very good placement opportunities. Each student is handpicked and trained to get in their best for. The support from the PAT is also tremendous. Its also nice to see various teachers helping you get in the best shape.

The college's infrastructure is pretty good. Good, well maintained labs and classrooms. Hostels could use for both rooms and wifi availability and better cleaned toilets. The academic blocks are well situated and clean.

Studying at vit chennai is quite enjoyable and competitive. Most professors are very approachable and nice, and will help with most doubts and projects. The curriculum is rigorous, fostering innovation and critical thinking.

The college offers rigorous training for any and all placements offers that a student could get. The training is rigorous and can span over multiple days. As a final year mech student I have not fully experienced the training as it starts a little later for me.

The college ensures that you recieve the bang for your buck. With what I have paid for the college fees I am completely satisfied with what VIT Chennai has delivered in all academic aspects. The hostel was my only let down.

The best part of this campus is that we get full control over our teachers and time tables. However, there are a few over the top rules in place. Going out as a hosteller is too much of a hassle and in time is 9 pm.
