See, ranks are given to everyone by the score they attain. And, in jee the marks are given by categories also. Means, common rank list is the rank given to everyone irrespective of their categories, just on the basisof their score and if any candidate is from any reserved

According to tour rank it is some what difficult to get seat in nits or iiits but you may get seat in gftis .if you not get seat in any apply for specail round then you may get seat in home state if possible.so for your councelling purpose iam providing

Its all depends on interest in the subject. in which field  you have interest  you choose that one .

According to your question, i will suggest you to choose DTU . because DTU has  good placement records, study methodology, faculty experience and good overall ranking.
