For participating in next round of counselling, you need not to register again , your previous registration will be considered for your next rounds as well. 

If you apply for spot round then you have to register again for that.

I'm sorry to inform you but according to previous year statistics, there are very few chances of yours getting any branch in delhi technological university because The previous year cut off or closing rank was around 19k for general EWS.

If you will register for spot round ,then after going to the given venue,there shall be a screen outside the auditorium displaying the category wise seats in all the branches. They will give you a specific date and time according to your rank.

If you want to study b. SC and have interest in that go for it. 

Studying civil engineering in gitam jhajhr is not a good option since the placements is not good enough. Giving a drop you can try for other government colleges which also better placement and lower fees

thanks for asking your query ,if you havent got seat in rest of the rounds then you should go dtu for the spot round because in this round the left over seats would be given according to the cml rank or category rank .Be punctual and reach dtu
