Assuming you are from Delhi region and are from general category it seems unlikely that you can get a seat in IT field.

yes you have a chance but for that you may have to wait long and there is no certainity and if you are delhi delhi outsider then chances are even less

There are six girls hostels in dtu.As the hostel rooms are limited,there are certain requirements to be satisfied to be allotted a room.Most probably they do not allot room to people residing within 35 km around campus.

With this much score in jee mains examination your chances of getting nsit or dtu is very low. I will suggest you to go for private colleges in Noida region or you can apply for other private colleges which are mentioned below :

The counselling for DTU will be done under Joosaa through JEE mains rank. So the counselling process is likely to start within 1 week after the JEE advanced results. I hope you have got the point. You should check the notice on their official website also.
