It will be difficult for you to get admission in cse, it, se,ECE,ME,MCE courses in DTU but you can try for other courses like CE,pie, EP, PCT, ENE, biotechnology in DTU . You have outside Delhi sc certificate so it is possible that you can get admission till spot

If you belong to some reserved category like SC/ST then you have chances that you can get it other wise not.

The level of the DTU is almost same as of top NITs.

According to previous year(2018) cutoffs of DTU(Delhi technological engineering), with a rank of 138766, you can definitely get a seat in DTU. I am sorry to say but with 47000 rank and General Category, you wouldn't be able to get any branch in DTU.
For the Delhi region, the last closing branch is BioTech with a closing rank of 34,000.

I am currently pursuing Chemical Engineering at Delhi Technological University (DTU), and my experience with the college infrastructure and facilities has been highly satisfactory. DTU provides all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment required for both academic excellence and overall development. The classrooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors and audio systems, which make lectures more interactive and engaging. The Chemical Engineering laboratories are well-equipped with essential instruments and machinery that help students gain practical knowledge alongside theoretical concepts. These labs are regularly used and are properly maintained, ensuring a smooth learning experience. The university library is another strong point, offering a vast collection of textbooks, reference materials, research papers, and digital resources. It provides a quiet and comfortable environment for studying. College infrastructure as well maintained and airy the infrastructure is semi modern and contain all the basic facilities the college campus is green and and clean the overall hostel experience is also good it contain all the facilities and the boys hostel and girls hostel are separate.

College Infrastructure

The college has very good infrastructure, including labs, library and sports facilities like basketball, cricket and GYM. The campus has wifi facilities which is very good for students and the campus is well maintained.
