Yes admissions in DTU are done on the basis of jee mains score card only. And the candidates who have category reservation are given seat on the basis of their category rank. Also, the DTU is a delhi based college hence it has maximum seat reservation for delhi domicile student.

With this much score of 79 marks in JEE Mains examination 2019 your chances of getting the DTU or NSIT is very low with the OBC category. You should apply for other examinations in my opinion or you can also go for JEE Mains 2020.
