Hello,

Admission to B.Tech in Delhi Technological University is based on JEE Main score. Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) Committee will conduct the counselling for admission (B.Tech and B.Arch) in to DTU, NSUT, IGDTUW and IIIT Delhi. The eligibility criteria to be eligible to participate in JAC counselling to get admission to B.Tech in DTU is that you must have passed 10+2 with English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. You must have scored minimum 60% marks or more marks in an aggregate of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. The application process for JAC Counselling has  not yet started. It will start after JEE Main results are declared because the admission is based on merit in JEE Main. You may check for the updates from time to time using the link given below

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as you have secured decent percentage in class 12th that is 93.5% ( best of four score ) but for getting admissions in B.B.A one should have around 95 to 96 percent but you should certainly apply for the same and should certainly wait for the cutoffs Simultaneously you can also apply in other universities for the same course.

Cutoff for BBA in dtu goes as high as 97% for general students considering previous year students, for other category and other state students cutoff varies.

Having said this I'll advice you to apply for the admission and keep checking their official website regularly to stay updated about 2022 cutoff. Simultaneously you can also apply in other universities for the same course.

To get admission to B.Tech in Delhi Technological University you must appear for JEE Main. Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) Committee will conduct the counselling and allot seats based on the rank (All India Rank) secured in JEE Main. The colleges participating in JAC counselling are DTU, NSUT, IGDTUW and IIIT Delhi. The eligibility criteria to be eligible to participate in JAC counselling to get admission to B.Tech in DTU is that you must have passed 10+2 with English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. You must have scored minimum 60% marks or more marks in an aggregate of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.

Looking at the previous year UCEED Cutoff in DTU (Delhi Technical University), you have decent to low chances to get admisison seat in DTU. Uceed examination is taken for total marks 300. Out of these total 300 marks youhave got 140 and you are a OBC category student. For OBC category student in general 40th percentile marks is needed for qualifying in the UCEED examination. The previous year Cutoff says that in order to get admission in DTU, for the lowest branch you have to score 150-180 and for the highest branch you have to score 180-250 .

Further more, please note that the above mentioned cutoff and marks for UCEED is based totally on the previous year Cutoff and data, the actual marks and score for this year may vary as it vary for every year.

Admission in DTU is on the basis of your rank in jee main through JAC delhi counselling.

In jac Delhi counselling,

Seats are alloted on the basis of jee main crl rank.

  • 85% seats are reserved for Delhi region  students ( those who have passed 12th from Delhi) .

  • while the rest  15% seats are available for outside Delhi students ( those who have passed 12th from outside Delhi) .

So , having passed 12th from West Bengal you are eligible for 15% quota and not for 85 % quota seats

Process of filling JAC Delhi counselling  form after jee main :-

----------) Fee payment:- visit the official website i. e jacdelhi.nic.in,  you need to pay jac delhi application form cum counselling form by visiting the official website

----------) Registration :- you need to register by filling your basic details.

----------) login :- you need to login using your  JEE Main application  number and the password.

----------) choice locking:- you need to choose the colleges and courses and lock your choices

----------) application form submission:- finally submit and download the confirmation page.

The placements for civil Engineering in DTU is good as compared to the other colleges. There are very few colleges in India which provides good placements in core engineering streams like nit Jamshedpur, nit Jalandhar, nit Trichy, warangal surathkal and few more colleges.

DTU admission 2022 will be done on the basis of national-level exam scores. The university will shortlist candidates on the basis of JEE Main 2022 rank.

As you are a Diploma holder for the students like you DTU conducts the DTU LEET exam for the diploma holders seeking lateral entry into the 3rd semester of the 4 year B. Tech courses. If you Pass that and you will get admission.

Delhi Technical University offers lateral entry, admissions and literal entry entrance exams for the students who are willing to take admission in the second year of the BTECH course. According to the eligibility criteria for daily Technical University lateral entry admissions, candidate must have completed at least three years diploma course and he or she can change the branch for the B.Tech program.

The eligibility criteria for DTU LEET is passed diploma in engineering from a recognized institute securing 60% aggregate, relaxation has been offered to reserved categories, the age limit has to be between 18 to 26 years, candidates who have passed out from an institute located in Delhi are only eligible for Delhi region, rest of the candidates who have passed from institute outside Delhi are only eligible for outside Delhi region respectively.

Ya the college contain necessary infrastructure ,facilities and eqipment . In classrooms,laboratories,library,sports centres and hostels we have all type of basic facilities like water coolers wifi facilities and many more and these all are well maintained and also are in good condition . The living spaces and food is hygenic and clean.

In the delhi technological infrastructure is a four hundred and fifty meter running track and hockey football grounds are also available volleyball ???? courts basketball courts and tennis courts are also in this University

The college infrastructure is best one among all the colleges I think in Delhi. The colleg itself is so big and covered I think around 160 acres with so many department and building. The Raj soin Hall and others buildings are amazing with the best infrastructure.
