Delhi Technological University is one of the top Public University in Delhi offering admission into various engineering courses. The admission into BTech courses is done based upon the candidates performance in JEE main examination. JAC, Delhi is the counselling conducting authority which releases application forms for registration and get the preferences from them. During the counselling 85% of the total seats are reserved for the local students and 15% seats are offered to other states student. The students are allotted seat based upon their preferences and their scores in the entrance examination in accordance to the seat reservation.

Admission in DTU is through Jac delhi counselling.

You are eligible for Delhi quota in jac delhi counselling.

This is because,

You have completed 12th from delhi.

You are not eligible for ews reservation in jac delhi for DTU or any other college in jac delhi counselling with bihar ews certificate.

This is because,

Jac delhi counselling is a state level counselling and for that you need obc delhi certificate and not Bihar or other state.

Why your category certificate of  bihar is not valid in Delhi state counselling?

It's because, a caste which belongs to one category in  Bihar doesn't necessarily belong to the same category in the Delhi

For example,

Let's say  your caste belongs to the category ews in the bihar but in Delhi  , it belongs to obc category and not ews .

So,

In state counselling, category certificate of only that particular state is valid .

JAC Delhi eligibility criteria is different for different colleges :-

>>>> For B.Tech in NSUT, IGDTUW and DTU

• To be eligible one must pass his or her class 12th board examination with physics chemistry mathematics and English and must have got at least 60% in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics

>>>> For B.Tech in IIIT-D

• to be eligible you must get at least 80% marks in the aggregate of best 5 including physics chemistry and maths. You must also have got at least 80% or more in mathematics

>>>> B.Arch in IGDTUW

• to be eligible you must have got at least 50% marks  in overall in your class 12th board examination and also you must have got at least 50% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics

Jac delhi is on the basis of jee main, so you should fill its application form

This year there are only 2 sessions of jee main.

• application form release date :- 1st march 2022 ,

• Application form last date :- 31st March 2022 upto 5 pm

• April session examination date:- From 16th April to 21st April 2022

>>>>>>>>> May session

• application form release date :- 8th April 2022

• Application form last date :- 3rd May 2022 upto 5 pm

• May session examination date:- From 24th to 29th May 2022

You are eligible for JEE-Main and also for admission to DTU and NSUT for their B.Tech. course because as per their eligibility criteria available on the official website the candidate should have minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM and also should have passed in English subject, then the candidate is eligible for admission to aforesaid institutions with their JEE-Main rank of paper 1.

For your reference JEE-Main eligibility criteria is also mentioned below :-

1--- Age criteria :- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.

2--- Qualifying E xamination :- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent or should be appearing in it in the same examination year.

3--- Year of qualification :- For JEE-Main 2022 only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or 2022; or those who will be appearing in Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2022, would be eligible to appear.

So if you follow all above criterion then you are definitely eligible for JEE-Main.

Yes you can take admission into B.Tech courses in Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi or NITs or DTU if you can score good marks in JEE Mains at the age of 24. See JEE Percentage Vs Rank varies from year to year and depends on many factors that's why it cannot be determined whether you can get admission with 95 Percentile or not.

As you have completed 12 th standard in 2020 you'll be eligible for JEE Mains 2022.

as your certificate is valid in both the states then you can use in the admission of dtu and nsit as well.

in case u want to study in the other state rather than home town and want fee reimbuirsement you need to take the  comfirmation or verification letter from the district officer of your home town.

B.E/ B.Tech is a four years full-time undergraduation degree course in Engineering in Delhi Technological University, New Delhi. Total Course fees is Rs. 7.81 Lakhs.

Candidates must have passed with minimum 45 percentage in 10+2 or intermediate with science stream from a recognised Board. Candidates who have completed three years Diploma in Engineering in any stream from a recognised College or University are also eligible.

As per your options of colleges considering you are only talking about the cse branch then it's very clear that iiit hyderbad is the best colleges among the given choices.

After iiit Hyderabad, there is bits pilani,nit Warangal, nsut Delhi, nit Rourkela and nit kurukshetra. Apart from these there are many IITs like bombay, delhi, roorkee, Kharagpur, kanpur which are famous for their placements in cse branch.
