No you will not be considered under OBC-NCL reservation category for admission to either NSUT/IIIT-D/DTU. This is because if your category does not lie under the central reservation list of OBC available on the official website of NCBC and therefore you cannot use the OBC reservation certificate issued for state level benefits of Uttar Pradesh, in Delhi colleges.

For admission to aforesaid institutions you need to appear for JAC counselling for which you will have to use your category as general until and unless you lies under the central reservation list available at the official website of NCBC.

You haven't referenced your classification. Expecting that you have a place with general classification considering the earlier year slice off you want to score 98.5-99 percentile to get confirmation in NSUT. For that you really want to score least 210 imprints or above in JEE Main. Remove changes consistently relying upon the absolute number of applicants, trouble level of assessment and complete number of seats accessible and so forth

Although cutoff varies with time, still there's a fair chance of you getting admission.

Delhi Technological University (DTU) was established in 1941. The university is accredited by the NAAC with an A grade and is also approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC). DTU ranked 36 for Engineering, 42 for University, and 54 for the Overall category by the NIRF 2021. DTU is counted amongst the oldest Engineering colleges in India. DTU currently offers more than 80 courses via its 17 departments. Out of these departments, the University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME) was established recently and is also known as the DTU East Delhi Campus.

The admissions in Delhi Technological University, Delhi for B.Des course candidates need to give UCEED score. For the UCEED exam, the applicant must have passed 10+2. Candidates have to apply for admissions. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of UCEED scores. Based on UCEED scores candidates will be shortlisted. The total course fee for the B.Des programme is Rs. 6.64 lakhs.  The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay will declare the UCEED 2022 seat allotment result for rounds 1, 2, and 3 on April 10, May 10, June 10 respectively. UCEED seat allotment 2022 result will be announced online at uceed.iitb.ac.in.

In any college if there is girls hostel and boys hostel together then no boy will be allowed to enter in the girls hostel and same rule will be applicable on girls, girls will also be not allowed to enter in the boys hostel and college campus will be the common place where both girls and boys can come together. And the same rule goes for DTU as well. In DTU also no girls are allowed to enter in the boys hostel and vice-versa.

The admission into BTech courses is done based upon the candidates performance in JEE main examination. JAC, Delhi is the counselling conducting authority which releases application forms for registration and get the preferences from them. During the counselling 85% of the total seats are reserved for the local students and 15% seats are offered to other states student. Admission in DTU is through Jac delhi counselling.

You are eligible for Delhi quota in jac delhi counselling.

This is because,

You have completed 12th from delhi.

You are not eligible for ews reservation in jac delhi for DTU or any other college in jac delhi counselling with bihar ews certificate.

This is because,

Jac delhi counselling is a state level counselling and for that you need obc delhi certificate and not Bihar or other state.

Why your category certificate of  bihar is not valid in Delhi state counselling?

It's because, a caste which belongs to one category in  Bihar doesn't necessarily belong to the same category in the Delhi

For example,

Let's say  your caste belongs to the category ews in the bihar but in Delhi  , it belongs to obc category and not ews .

So,

In state counselling, category certificate of only that particular state is valid .

>>>> For B.Tech in IIIT-D

• to be eligible you must get at least 80% marks in the aggregate of best 5 including physics chemistry and maths. You must also have got at least 80% or more in mathematics

>>>> B.Arch in IGDTUW

• to be eligible you must have got at least 50% marks  in overall in your class 12th board examination and also you must have got at least 50% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics

Jac delhi is on the basis of jee main, so you should fill its application form

This year there are only 2 sessions of jee main.

You are eligible for JEE-Main and also for admission to DTU and NSUT for their B.Tech. course because as per their eligibility criteria available on the official website the candidate should have minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM and also should have passed in English subject, then the candidate is eligible for admission to aforesaid institutions with their JEE-Main rank of paper 1.

For your reference JEE-Main eligibility criteria is also mentioned below :-

1--- Age criteria :- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.

2--- Qualifying E xamination :- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent or should be appearing in it in the same examination year.
