Admission in NSUT and DTU both takes place through jac delhi counselling. These colleges provide almost same facilities.  It is nothing like that NSUT guidelines are restricted . But the main restriction in the NSUT is about the necessary 75% attendance so you may get less time for preparation

For general Pwd students, 3% seats are reserved in Jee mains. And this gives you a great chance to get into any government college of your choice. In my opinion based on previous year's records with this marks you can easily get into DTU with branch of your choice.

It mostly depends on what is your priority. If your priority is only placement then go for Nsut east campus. But if you want to have a mix of good college life and good placement then go for dtu. I would suggest you to go to dtu electrical
