DTU is one of the finest engineering college in India, and your percentile is not enough to get the cse branch at DTU, you may get other branch but if you are an outsider the chances are still low.
You can go for other colleges like
You many not get cse but could get some circuial branch there.

Assuming you belong to EWS Category. Since you profile says that you belong to West Bengal. It would be difficult to get into DTU in Normal rounds as you are other state student for DTU. However, you could get DTU in spot rounds as last year , rank close to 64000 got admitted into DTU. So if seat remains in spot rounds, then you could get some Branches in DTU.

Electronics engineering from VIT is better than mechanical engineering from DTU. Top recruiting companies here are Infosys, L&T, TCS and many more. More than 70% of the students get placed in on-campus internships. Comparingly 65% students of mechanical branch from DTU also get placed. Top recruiters companies here are samsung, payTm, ITC, maruti, etc.

The building of this college is very well built .. Classrooms should be well built with necessary technology like projector . Our college provideds alots and very kind of facility .. Hostels are also built in very well mannered.
