Hello aspirant,

As you have mentioned that you have got 13638 rank in jee mains and you are general candidate from delhi  yes you can get admission in delhi technological university to the branches like biotechnology, chemical engineering, civil, electrical, electronics and communications, mechanical environmental engineering.

You can also have admission in NSUT college on the various branches like biotechnology, electrical, electronics and communications, mechanical  engineering. This results are based on previous years cut offs in these colleges.  You can also visit the link given below to know more about the colleges that you will get with your jee rank

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=jee_cp

Delhi Technological University and Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology both are very good engineering colleges located in Delhi. IIT's are better in term of great placements, infrastructure and research facilities. But is quite expensive compared to DTU.

Hello Aspirant,

As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JAC last round then it shows that :-

Closing CRL rank for OBC category for DTU was :-

  • Electronics and Communication Engineering branch - 114020 (Delhi quota)

So you have quite low chances to get DTU with Electronics and Communication Engineering branch even if you are from Delhi.

You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JAC and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Student Reviews for DTU Delhi

College Infrastructure: 4.3/5
Academics: 3.9/5
Placements: 4.3/5
Value for Money: 3.3/5
Campus Life: 4.5/5

I am satisfied with this college and has amazing facilities

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is good. Avadh department is well equipped with the modern facilities that support both academic and practical learning. Classroom sir spacious , air condition, and fitted with a smart board and projector.

Great academics in a compact, modern campus.

Verified Review

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure at the East Campus (Vivek Vihar) is modern but compact. The best part is that the entire academic block, including classrooms and the library, is fully air-conditioned, which is a lifesaver in Delhi summers and something even North Campus colleges often lack. The library is state-of-the-art with a great collection of Economics and business books. The computer labs are well-equipped with software like SPSS and R for our labs. However, you must know that this is not the main Bawana campus. The campus is small (about 2 acres). We do not have vast playgrounds; sports facilities are limited to a small basketball/volleyball court and indoor games like TT and Carrom. Crucial Note on Hostels: There are NO on-campus hostels at the East Campus. Most of us live in PGs or flats in Vivek Vihar, Karkardooma, or Dilshad Garden. The mess food is irrelevant since there is no hostel mess, but the campus canteen is decent and hygienic.

Till date overall experience is good.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is good and well planned. However , improvement is needed in the cateen, seating areas , sports facilities , computer labs and Wi-Fi connectivity to enhance the overall student experience
