As tge cutoffs are determined on the basis of ranks. So, considering previous years trend and cutoffs to get admission in IIT Delhi you have to get your category rank that is OBC- NCL rank under 500 for good branches. For lower branches your category rank must lie

The college infrastructure is well-developed, with spacious classrooms, modern laboratories, a rich library, computer facilities, clean surroundings, and comfortable spaces that support effective learning, creativity, and overall student growth.
Campus is big , clean and green. Classroom labs and library are excellent, wifi works little bit slow but it’s fine and sports facilities are great , hostels ate old but in good condition overall infrastructure is good .
