It will be difficult to explain the gap between your studies and job trials. If you have not worked at all, then it is going to be real tough to convince that you are a Candidate who the Company can hire. From the time you complete your studies, the first 12 month period is a Fresher period and that is when the companies look out for Freshers. There are Candidates who get placed even after a year or so if they have done a certification course or have utilised the gap period doing any internship or a certification course. But if there is no work experience of whatsoever sort, it might be difficult to explain the reason behind the gap. And certifications do add value but if there is no relevant work experience where you put your certification knowledge to use, it might not serve purpose. So this is something that you have to think about. May be start ups will be willing to hire you but the salary might be less.

Naresh, I have 7 years of experience in the IT Industry with Big 4 in my CV as my Employers. So I will answer this question from that perspective. Now, you did mention that you have completed your Advanced Diploma course in HRM. But can you help us in understanding as to when did you complete this course? When you said you have no job experience, can you explain us a little about your work experience if any? Since from the time you have completed your Education? This will help us in understanding and helping you with relevant information.

Yes.....you can have a job in hr company...
Due to no experience you can join as hr recruiter.
The Primary objective of an HR recruiter is to find and hire talented,high-quality potential employees, who will help to organizational productivity.
HR recruiters have to work under the HR manager of their company as all the tasks are handled by them.
The average annual salary range from Rs 1,20,000 per year to
Rs 13,00,000 per year.(Current updated)
May you have cleared you doubts.

Dear Naresh,

Your course does not matter to a certain extent when applying for a job in HR. But its good to do online courses related to Human Resource Management which you can find in coursera which can help you in your application and knowing the different aspects of the work in an HR Department.

ALL THE BEST

Hello,

Considering your job and the lack of work experience can create hurdle for you in getting a job in a firm as HR with good salary. Most of the firms/organisations prefer candidates who have job experience and age wouldn't have been any factor if you had work experience. But i would suggest you to put your resume on job openings in websites like Naukri.com,Indeed.in etc.Hopefully you will get a job.

I hope this helpsm

Hello,

Diploma in Human Resource Management provides students with the basic knowledge and management skills related to the effective management  of human resources. In this department of a business organization, you will need to look after the hiring, management  and firing of staff.

Job profiles after passing advanced diploma in human resource management are:

  • HR Generalist
  • HR recruiter
  • HR specialist
  • Compensation Manager
  • Employee Relations Manager
  • Office Manager
  • Training and Development Officer
  • Change consultant
  • Technical Recruiter
  • Recruitment Consultant

As you do not have any earlier job experience, it might be a bit difficult for you to find a job in an HR position directly. You can try the HR internships, or work as an HR in some small companies or start-ups. Gain 3-4 years of work experience and then you can go for well-known companies for a job in the HR position.

Hope this helps!!!
