1. IIT Rookee   fees 7.36 lacks for 4 years

2. IIT Guwahati fees 8.39 lacks for 4 years

3. IIT Bhubaneswar   fees 7.91 lacks for 4 years

It would be difficult to tell you the marks required for getting rank under 200. You can check the previous year IIT JAM cutoff for reference and to have an idea about the rank required for admission to IIT Delhi.

I would like to tell you that to get admission in IIT delhi or any other IIT, you will have to clear JEE MAINS with a good score and then give JEE ADVANCED and if you have a good score then you may have a chance at IIT's.
