Hi,

You are eligible for Delhi state quota only if you have completed your class 12th from Delhi. If that is the case for you, then you are eligible for Delhi State quota in IIIT, NIT and DTU. However, the same is not applicable for IIT Delhi, as it considers only All India Rank for admission.

I hope this helped you.

Hello,

In 2020 the cut off rank for general category (Outside Delhi) candidate to get admission in to Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology , Delhi was as follows in round 5

  • Computer Science and Applied Mathematics: 11615
  • Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence: 4913

It is not clear if your are seeking admission in to CSAM or CSAI. Considering the previous year cut off rank it is difficult to get seat in IIIT, Delhi in either of the courses. Your overall rank should be below 11000 to have decent chances of getting seat in this institute. hi,

see cutoff score fluctuate every year and it varies with certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, choice of stream and so on. however based on gate score shortlisting you have less chances for selection since based on previous years data analysis, gate score above 60 is the cutoff. however you have decent scope to select for non gate admission round, there will be written test conducts by iiit delhi which follows by interview round.

however to know about the complete list of probable colleges based on your score, give a shot to careers360 college predictor tool:

Hey,

It totally depends on you which college you might  want to prefer based on different parameters. Both are prestigious colleges for engineer we have in India. Since DTU is the older one it has alumni in almost every coner and well established connectivity.  Whereas IIIT delhi is a newbie.

If you consider placements then no doubt go for DTU. DTU have big companies like Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Amazon and many many more recruiting students every year while IIITD is still behind. College life of DTU is also by far better than IIITD, extra curricular fest every thing is great over there.

I hope this helps.
