You did not mention which branch you are from to check the cutoff.As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc. you did not mention which category

It totally depends on you which college you might  want to prefer based on different parameters. Both are prestigious colleges for engineer we have in India. Since DTU is the older one it has alumni in almost every coner and well established connectivity.  Whereas IIIT delhi is a newbie.
