The cut off rank for admission in to IIIT, Delhi changes every year depending on various factors like number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and number of seats available etc. In 2020 the cut off for SC category (outside Delhi) was as follows for admission in to IIIT, Delhi

2 points, if a student has won this scholarship. If a student obtains scholarship in a specific category, then he/she can only be considered for admission in that category. Supporting documents needed:  Certificate/grant letter.

Yes, iiit delhi offers a dual degree program in cse and ece. That means students can pursue B.Tech and M.Tech in CSE and ECE. This is not a separate program, and only B.Tech students in their final year can avail of this option. So if you are not studying b. Tech from iiit delhi then you can pursue dual degree from there.

There are two types of cut offs in IIIT delhi one is with bonus and other is without bonus cut off. The bonus round counselling has lower cut offs as compared to without bonus counselling rounds. There are five cse branches with specialization course and the cut off is atleast 30k in with bonus rounds to get cse.

In nit delhi the home state cse cut off is 12k and other state cse cut off is 6.5 k.

Both DTU and NSIT are good colleges.Admission to these colleges is based on JEE rank and a decent rank is required for admission.According to past year's statistics like 2019,2018 rank for CSE branch in last round of intake in 2019 was 2866 and in 2020 it was 2734 .However  you can still get civil,mechanical in DTU with rank above 5000 in second to last rounds.Now coming to NSUT you can get cs in rank like 1849 and within 2000 as per last few years.However in civil,mechanical you can get in with rank within 9000 and IT within 3k of rank.

However you can get into IIT for engineering only by cracking IIT Advanced.

I would like to tell you that the cut offs for outside candidates gets closed at a maximum of 6000

In spot rounds maybe this cut off may go to 7000 but the cut off is very high.
