Gtting CSE at IIIT delhi at 14076 is tough through open category. You may get lower branches or you can apply for Other NITs you may get CSE in NIT patna, IIIT ranchi etc.

No,IIIT Delhi is not present in JOSAA participating institutes list as the colleges that take part in Josaa are national institutes whereas IIIT Delhi was established by Gov of Delhi.

I don't predict the college's without the rank. To take admission in NIT's and IIT's there is a cut off and cut off changes every year .But to take admission in NIT's JOSSA counselling is mandatory, without JOSSA counselling you don't get admission in colleges .and josaa
