No, with the rank within your category of 20190 in JEE Mains you couldn't get an seat into IIT Delhi but you could still get an seat in some private colleges, but if you wish for IIT Delhi I would prefer you to start studying and prepare well

Based upon the rank that you have scored it will difficult for you to get admission in IIIT Delhi for students outside Delhi(without bonus) for general category. However if you are from reserved category( SC/ST, OBC) you have better chances.
