You don't defined that this rank in all or in obc category.anyway I think that you can get admission in Jadavpur in some branches civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering etc.

Since you have SC reservation and a rank of 2616 surely you can get a seat in Jadavpur University.

But will be difficult to get a good branch, since the reservation seats are limited in number.
