It is very difficult to predict the college because you do not mention your state region. All the seats of WBJEE are allotted on the basis of GMR rank. And your general rank is 5743 and also your belonging to SC category. So you have SC category quota.

Let me know first , whether you are a domicile of West Bengal or not . Because, after qualifying eligibility ,still you may have less chance to get admission in Jadavpur University as it take 90% candidates based on Home state quota only i.e candidates those are domiciled

Yes there is a chance but you may not get Pharmacy in the first counseling ,but there are chances in the second or third counselling if seats remain vacant after the first counselling. If your GMR is within 4000, you can try for Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering or Printing
