With a rank of 88 in PWD, you can try to obtain a CSE seat at Jadhavpur University as the WBJEE cutoff was 76 in the year 2018 for PWD Category candidates. Just participate in their counseling process and try securing a seat in their college as this year the cutoff may vary.

if you want to get into Jadavpur, first sit for WBJEE. To get into JU, you need to get a rank under 1500 , If you are going for Electronics, CSE, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation etc., then you need a very decent score, your rank should be under 600–700.

It is difficult to get jadavpur . You can try it , but you can get other government college and also top privet college for CSE . As per your sc rank. I suggest you some college you can go for there official website to see the cut off and seats
