The one who is  applying to UG courses must be Class XII pass with at least 50% marks or equivalent from a recognized university or board. It means that you are not requried to have 60% to meet elgibilty criteria. You just need 50%. So make sure

As per WBJEE Eligibility, You should have secured 45% aggregate marks for General category in Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Computer Application as compulsory subjects with individual passing marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the three subjects mentioned

Im sorry to say as per the rules of jadavapur university your score is valid only one year they won't give an admission from last year rank.

Admission to MCA, ME/M.Tech. and M.Pharm is done on the basis of marks obtained in different Entrance Tests viz. GATE/WB JECA/GPAT. Registration for academic year  2019-20 on may 4th 2019 and entrance test is on may 23-31 may 2019.
