To get Admission in Jadavpur University, Kolkata, you can give either of the Exams- JEE Mains,WBJEE.

For JEE Mains- You just need to qualify 12th Class.

For WBJEE- General category candidates should have secured an aggregate of 45% and reserved category candidates should have scored 40% in the above

For admission in Jadavpur University the cut offs for various branches are different. In 2017 for the general category the highest cut off was a rank ( GMR) of 153 rfor the CSE branch and the lowest cut off was a rank of 3421 for the IT branch.

Im afraid through normal admission means as well chances arent possible 

so for decentralised it will  be much tougher

As per your rank and category, you have average chances of getting admission in B.Pharm in Jadavpur University. The closing rank is around 15,000 for SC candidates.
