there are 3 more guys with you in a room.

and other thing is good. all is good not best.

facilities are same as other hostels.

as per previous cutoff in my knowledge you have chances you should apply for it being obc and also i think state quota its good university you should give it a chance atleast for more details i will let you know 

It's not that popular a university so the question papers specifically for this university will be a difficult job. Moreover some universities don't let the papers out. I was unable to find them on internet.
