The college has a boys hostel for accommodation of students. The boys hostel has a mess that serves vegetarian meals three times a day. For students extracurricular activities are conducted at the boys hostel.

ASE Amritapuri has a separate hostel for girls. It provides a homely environment to students. The rooms are spacious and ventilated. The mess present at the girls hostel serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to students. Only vegetarian meals are served.

The medical centre of the institute has a full-time doctor to provide free medical care to students, staff and faculty members. For emergency situations, an ambulance is also present at the campus.
