Based on that, for Candidates whose percentage lies between 40-90%,, the formula to convert CGPA to percentage is 40+(CGPA-0.5) X

No, if any colleges withdrawl their name from any counselling does not mean that college is cheating with you. Many colleges (good) have their own merit list or entrance exam.

College Infrastructure
The central library has a ready stock of books, journals, magazines, and newsletters from all over the world. The hostel provides air-conditioned rooms and separate mess for each hostel, 24x7 Wi-Fi facility for uninterrupted internet connectivity, last hours library facility, and common room of each hostel with LCD.
