College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat is affiliated to State board i.e. MAKAUT. The college environment is both study oriented and fun-based. The infrastructure of this college is decent as compared to many other institutions. Placement record is pretty good. Every year there is a college campus drive and pool campus from Top IT companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro, Infosys etc. Also core companies like L&T, Jonson and Jonson recruit from CEMK. Most of the students placed in IT companies.
