I am sorry to inform you that Heritage is one of the best private engineering colleges of West Bengal and you need to get a rank below 3500 or 4000 to get into the computer science branch of it. If you have some SC/ST category, then you may get into some of the good government colleges, but you will not get computer science.

Considering you are asking about the name of companies where students get placed from HIT , the companies like TCS, Godrej, linde, IBM, A&D, and many more come to this college to get students placed. TCS is the major recruiter which gives placement to 50% of the students.

As per your marks and rank, you will get any branch(ECE/IT/Mech/Civil/Biotech) except CSE in Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata. The cut off rank for CSE is around 5000.

Out of 100, 10% seats are reserved for Management Quota.If you have given either WBJEE or JEE mains, the admission will be based on the marks and rank you have secured. And added to it, there are few more requirements for a student to get admission in HIT,

i.e, 10+2 Or Equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.Minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) in aggregate of the above subjects & pass in English with a minimum of 30%.

Yes, Hostel for boys and girls are available in Heritage Institute if Technology,kolkata separately.

Hostel fee is approx 58k.

as your rank is quite high so it is diffcult to get admissionin heritage institute of technology. you can try taking admission directly by giving donation or management qouta. this is one and the same thing. so kindly contact colleg they wil; guide you more about where you will get admissionn. i mean in which branch. so all the best. havea great future ahead.
