You need to appear in JEE main entrance examination if you want to get admission in UP state colleges like HBTU etc.

UP state engineering entrance examination i. e UPSEEE has been scrapped  off and since then admission in engineering colleges of UP is on the basis of JEE main examination through UPCET counselling. Yes, you need to apply for counselling based on JEE Main score in UPCET Counselling website. A.P.J. Abdulw Kalam Technical University (AKTU) will conduct the counselling for admission to B.Tech courses through JEE Main score in Uttar Pradesh. The candidates seeking admission to B.Tech course need to apply for counselling separately based on JEE Main score. As of now the notification for JEE Main 2022 is not yet released. In NIT Raipur the highest package for mechanical was INR 32 LPA and the average CTC was 8 LPA.

To get btech lateral entry in IET Lucknow, you have to pass Diploma and UPSEE. The fees for 1st year is  89, 775.

At about 69k rank and obc rank 18758 you can not get cs/it at iet lucknow as this is a good college and cutoffs of this college are not very high so there is no point being in false hope but yes you can participate in the counselling and hope for the best also you can sit in spot round as well as in internal sliding so you might just get a chance in iet lucknow for cs/it this year round3 cutoff for all india category was about 35k for cs so by that it is tough to get at 69k rank but yes you can predict your college by this link
