Last year closing rank for OBC candidates with no subcategory was 5170 for chemical engineering but for computer science, it was nearly 1500.

I think your rank is good but for best options you have check out the last year cut off and coresponding ranks and than you will get the full approximation about admission. 

As per your score therr are less chances, however do visit the college predictor n check your score
