HBTU is going to take admission through JEE Mains rank this year and IET's CS seats should close around 700.

Though if fifth round is conducted then you might get lucky(with IET) otherwise no chance.

Yes there are pretty good chances for CSE and IT at IET Lucknow with General Girl rank 703 and OBCGL rank 122.
