And secondly, the atmosphere here is no less than any IIT or NIT!! This is so because, people who study here have gone through the 'IIT preparation phase'.

As you are asking ,I  tell you one thing government college is always better than private due to the money means fees and other charges. IET Lucknow,KNIT Sultanpur and BIET Jhansi are the best developed in all means .and other colleges as you mentioned is also good to talk admission.in

As per your category rank, you have good chances of admission in Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. 

You are eligible for every branch, except Computer Science Engineering. So you can opt any branch other then CSE.

Yes you can easily get IET Lucknow with 2062 rank in GNGL category in UPSEE 2018.

Hi Lavi, AF 351 rank is indeed a good rank. Congratulations for it. But getting IET is bit tough. You can try for colleges like : MMMIT, BIET, AKGEC. You can easily get any of these college.
