IET,Lucknow and KNIT,Sultanpur admit studetns based on the ranks secured by the candidate in the UPSEE exam.There are 66 seats in KNIT for CSE, while IET has 60 seats. In order to check your chances of getting into each of these institues, you can check the previous year

The previous answers here say a lot about IET's ranking! Of course, it doesn't matter. You'll get what you deserve.

And secondly, the atmosphere here is no less than any IIT or NIT!! This is so because, people who study here have gone through the 'IIT preparation phase'.

As you are asking ,I  tell you one thing government college is always better than private due to the money means fees and other charges. IET Lucknow,KNIT Sultanpur and BIET Jhansi are the best developed in all means .and other colleges as you mentioned is also good to talk admission.in
